Allianz Travel Insurance Service Notice
Allianz Global Assistance Claim Services is staffed by multilingual personnel who know the details of your coverage and can provide you with personal assistance when you need it most.
All claims under the CDSPI Cyber Insurance program should be directed to Beazley Canada Limited.
If you suspect any compromise or breach of your data security it is crucial that you notify Beazley Canada Limited immediately. Early detection allows the claims team to take swift action to mitigate any potential risks.
Initiating a claim
To initiate a claim, please send an email to bbrcanada@beazley.com or Toll-Free Number: 1.844.778.5950 (24 Hours; 7 days per week) as soon as you become aware of a cyber event. This email serves as the starting point for the claims handling process, enabling the Beazley cyber team to promptly assess and address your situation.
Your Business Interruption Coverage kicks in after an initial waiting period of 8 hours. However, we strongly advise against delaying your claim reporting. Timely notification ensures that we can expedite the claims process and minimize any disruptions to your operations.
